It really was simple. I saw the ad on Craigslist, got the address, set up an appointment for an interview. Filled out the application, gave the basic info like driver's license, social security number. Trained (paid) for a couple of days and was working sooner than I thought.

Interview
It was simple, informative, and honestly fairly basic. I spoke with a member of the management team by phone and made an appointment to meet in person. I knew instantly I would be taking this job with no doubts. Management made me feel very comfortable, like talking to someone I'd known for years, not someone I'd just met.
