Pros I like working with people from different backgrounds and diverse groups. Cons You have to deal with customers complaints every day. You don’t get paid as much as your hard work and you deserve though.

As described in the state specifications. Lots of review of previous experience, etc. Q & A about previous projects. Follows the usual about you, about previous jobs and experience, briefly discuss open position, etc.
It was a pleasant experience. It seems like one of the DMV people knows my father. I was surrounded by 5 people. They focused on my background and made question based on it.
