STEPapp interview questions

I was given a coding challenge to complete within a week. The challenge was relevant to the role and tested my problem-solving skills and knowledge of frontend technologies. The instructions were clear, and I appreciated the flexibility in the submission deadline. A 1-hour video call with a senior frontend developer and a team lead. We discussed my solution to the coding challenge, and they asked in-depth questions about my technical expertise, design choices, and coding practices. The conversation was engaging, and they were open to different approaches and solutions. I was hired on spot after this.

I interviewed for a backend job at STEPapp and it was really good. The people interviewing me knew a lot and were nice. They asked tough questions but they were fair. I knew what they wanted from me. They told me how I did quickly after the interview. It's clear that STEPapp cares about the people they interview and wants the best for everyone.
