I'd say my interview experience was disappointing. I had a total of 3 interviews, 1 phone and 2 in-person. I found the process to be laid back but somewhat unprofessional. I was never given information or timelines about when decisions would be made. Ultimately I did not receive an offer and I'm pretty sure they never planned on telling me. I finally emailed them and they said they were going a different direction. After 3 interviews and a lot of my time I would have expected the courtesy of some feedback or notification.
