No phone screening, only an on-site interview. Firstly, the positives: the office was gorgeous, and I was helped by two people, who were friendly and gracious.
Unfortunately, I had a poor experience with every other step of the process. When I arrived, I was given paperwork to fill out regarding overtime and weekend scheduling that had nothing to do with the position I was applying for, which would be standard office hours.
Seemed very poorly organized, as the person interviewing me didn't seem to know they were supposed to. They apologized and said "I don't know why they scheduled you for today when I'm so busy." During the 15minutes I was spared for my interview, the person spent most of it physically turned away from me, and did not look up from her clipboard as they rapidly wrote in my responses to each question. I asked detailed questions which took up another few minutes (the interviewer put down their clipboard and made eye contact with me for this part), and then I was walked out. In total, I spent ~20minutes inside the office. Overall, I got the impression that I was not respected for my time nor seriously considered as an applicant.
