Phone interview with HR Rep 45 mins. Phone interview with hiring Director 45 mins. Was brought in for a panel style review of 3 people. Interview was 1 1/2 hrs and was pretty standard. Behavior type questions not much about the technical abilities of the position. Interviewers were pleasant and professional. Questions were more based on "Tell me about...how did you handle, and what did you learn from this".
