Interview
The interview is very structured and consists of a ton of behavioral questions and your learnings from it. Not too many industry questions or knowledge questions but questions on your behavior, learnings, challenges etc. Everyone was very dressed up and there was a very professional atmosphere.

Situational questions and should be answered using STAR method. Felt comfortable in interview. The people were really nice. The interview went very good. It was a good experience because the questions were fair. They let you know how long it will be before you hear anything back. They take notes and write a lot but they are listening to what you are saying.

Safeway interview process is a panel interview with two to three people sometimes with HR Rep as well. They take turn asking you about 6-7 questions. Questions are situation questions.
