Same you would find on the internet. Several sections I.e., interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, personable, leader by example, have several stories that's involved with said sections. Call them by name. Have a few questions of your own. Again internet.

Very casual, had all the qualifications for the job, was with store manager and one HR person. Had a phone interview first. Was asked to come in for a personal interview. Waited for HR to contact me. Took 2 weeks .

Standard interview processes, however they are done by PBC's and members that don't really understand what your specific job may entail. Companies should obviously have people conducting the interviews that know about the job they are hiring for, not a bookkeeper hiring for a deli clerk or a freight body
