The former hr manager was amazing and really explained the opportunity in its entirety. She explained the ups and downs of the job. Not to mention she did tell me about the management style of the execs. I was first contacted by email; I then responded and then we spoke over the phone. We then set a time for the CEO and myself to meet in person. He was a nice guy very smart and asked many leading open ended questions.

3rd Round: Managerial Discussion over call.
Final Discussion by the Process HR
Then it took 7 days to roll out the offer and i accepted it.
Over all the process was good.
