I was initially Tele-Phone Screened by an HR Rep before being given a face to face with Business Partner from Samsung HQ and PMO Manager in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. The process with Samsung has to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had with interviews. Right from the HR Reps a week after my interview re-posting the job on Linked In without getting back to me on the interview I had to the male dominated interview from Business Partner from Samsung HQ having no interview etiquette nor tact. Having two people interview candidates where their first language is clearly not English makes the interview process very difficult. HR should be present at ALL interviews in these type of situations to ensure a level playing field for all candidates.
