1st step: background screening,
2nd step: on-site interview about technical major knowledge, personality, academic ability, reasoning ability, and algorithm. etc.
very simple question, simple answer.
Ask yourself whether you can work hard.
They were very interested in my research background (as a PhD). Also, they were curious about my experience on optimization, as a software engineer. The job description was also aligned with the interview questions.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Samsung Electronics (Hanoi) in Apr 2023
