The interview process was very quick, not many questions and only 90 seconds to answer each question, this was not really enough time to give good answers, was cut off

1) Online test 2) Interview online 3) Assessment day Assessment day was very enjoyable. The interviewers were very friendly and approachable. I came out of it thinking that I was going to be successfull because of the reactions and comments made by the staff. However, I did not get the job, and the reason for it were very vague. I apparently smashed the interview, however they noticed a spelling mistake when I did my presentation. ( So i didn't get the job due to a spelling error during a timed exercise ). On top of this, it took over a week for them to reply to my SECOND email. The first one got ignored. When I received the feedback the women said " I have phoned after receiving your second email regarding the job" which I found very unprofessional, as they said we would hear back within a week. She then laughed throughout the time giving me feedback, which was frustrating as I was taking this application very seriously - but it looked like they did not. . Overall the Assessment day was fun, but the comments made about me were misleading.
