There were couple of interviews both were on zoom calls . It was set up two different dates . One was technical interview which test problem solving skills and another was more focused on past experience . After this there H R person who contacted me negotiated salary. Overall it was 4 weeks of time for this.

Surprisingly unprofessional. Couple of Engineers had almost no experience interviewing and were downright combative. One kept trying to one-up me any chance he got. Felt more like an interrogation. I was asked to make a presentation to the entire team on any project I had worked on. I picked a topic that matched the role I was interviewing for. Twenty minutes into it, one of the oldest Engineers stops me and says this is a completely solved problem and what else have I got!!! Excuse me but if it was solved, maybe you should not be hiring anyone new!! Overall pretty disappointing. Engineers definitely need training on interview skills.
