I was requested to complete a case study without speaking to anyone before. This is a red flag, because before putting energy and effort into a case study, its important that there is an alignment between the candidate and the company first. Also expectations and clarity around the interview process would have been helpful. Unfortunately this interaction gave me a red flag. Interviewing is two ways stream.
The email: “ We have been positively surprised by the large number of qualified applications we have received for this role. Unfortunately, this also means that we are not able to conduct an initial interview with every candidate.

The Interview Process consisted of three interviews: first one with the HR manager, second with the Influencer Marketing Lead, and third one again with the HR manager. All interviews were laidback and overall super nice to have.
