It processes quickly, they answer you in a few days and arrange the interview as soon as possible. There are mostly questions about your role, experience, other than that they give information about the position and what they need from you.

Do you first look at the big picture or you get directly into details?
Quick interview - checked I knew the parts of a hplc and was otherwise behavioural questions. Asked about a time working with a tight deadline and what types of analysis i had previously done
There was one to one interview with them and very technical question rather bushing about general question on education. Moreover they focused more on experience eventhough i explained my practical laboratory knowledge which was not enough though
