Presented by an external recruiter. First interviewed on the telephone by HR and more senior but basically peer employee. Then in person, including by the hiring manager for the unit.

Screen by HR . Interviewed by the hiring manager . Interviewed on a single day where I gave a journal club, followed by individual interviews. One person was a no-show. Great follow-up with HR and a hiring manager.

It was all conversational as I was a very experienced in my field.
Quite a long process started with HR then VP then Hiring Manager then Senior Director then couple of Peers then HR with offer. Took almost 3 months. DOn't know what else to add to make a 30 words

Looks like they have good system, but do not follow it. Leaving an applicant on the call waiting while I received application not selected to move forward email shows how bad they are in their process.
