Standard phone screen with multiple in person interviews. There was a driver background, general background check. I also completed drug test. Very positive experience and never felt uncomfortable despite my lack of experience at the time.

The process was very long. There was an initial phone interview followed by 5 interviews with other managers. I did a field ride with a current employee after the first 3 interviews and still had 2 interviews after that.

Very thorough. Role playing. "Sell me this pen" style. Was referred by an employee, then met with a manager, then another before eventually ending up with the Regional Director for a final interview.
