A complete joke....the two people who interviewed me Al & John had no idea what I was talking about regarding Six Sigma & Total Quality Management. I thought I was going to work in quality but found that the manager wanted a body in the Clean In Place department for at least one year. I reluctantly agreed which was the biggest mistake of my working career. There was absolutely no training - their idea of training was to read their error filled SOP's for a FULL week. I marked up all of the spelling mistakes and questioned many of their SOP's...the manager totally ignored my mark-ups!
