3 rounds of interview. First with HR, second with line managers, and third with department head. I interviewed at the peak of COVID so all of mine were virtual via Zoom. Very nice and respectful people. Interviewers could be located in France so interviews tend to take place early in the morning for US interviewees. Be prepared to talk about your background and relevant work experience in a detailed manner. Overall a pleasant experience.

Process does stretch on for a month plus. I had an interview, was told I was a finalist and the recruiter reached out to confirm salary expectations and then I was ghosted. After putting in effort and multiple conversations the recruiter should still close the loop even if you aren’t selected. Doesn’t give a good impression of the company.
