Interview
Very weird experience: I was asked to provide my availability for the initial phone screen with the hiring manager. After doing so, I was asked to be available on a time that I was unsure if I could make it as I had a prior commitment that could not be rescheduled. I explained this to HR and asked for alternate times. HR never responded back. I had to email them three times to make sure they understood I was not going to be available at the time they requested. After the third time, they confirmed that they had received my email. Despite me explaining the reasons why I could not accommodate the time they had requested, HR did not bother providing an alternate time/ date for the interview. I was disappointed because I thought that Sanofi being a top company would provide a much better candidate experience.

Interview
Surprisingly vague job description followed by extremely vague job talk prompt - later learned that with AI-tailored resumes swamping their systems, this was a means to better filter applicants. I thought that was a brilliant approach.

Interview
The interview process is quite fast-paced, I got on-site interview invitation in a week, and accepted offer in the next week. The whole process is very efficient. Need to book Zoom calls with colleagues in France though, so one-day in-person is not enough to complete the whole process.

Reached out by the HR with a 30-min screening interview. Had a good conversation but ghosted. After 4 weeks received a template rejection, Their HR department seems to be very sloppy and lack of communications
