Interview

After passing the HR interview, you’ll have a more technical or in-depth interview with the manager. The manager interview often focuses on your specific skills and how well you can contribute to the team’s goals.
The final stage is when HR reaches out with a job offer. They will call to discuss the compensation package, benefits, and other details. This is also the time to ask any final questions before accepting the position.

Standard question , Motivation to work in company?
First: you get a General screening call: asking basic questions related to location and documents
2) you will have an interview with HR: discussing about the compensation and general questions about personality
3) technical round: with the team manager
Appel téléphonique avec la RH pour fixer l’entretien, puis un entretien quadripartite en visio avec la RH et deux managers. Il y a des questions en anglais. C’est un entretien plus comportemental que technique.
