I was scheduled directly for interviews without a TA screen. There were three virtual sessions- one with two people, one 1:1, and one with three people. The first two sessions were friendly and casual, with relevant questions asked about my experience and examples in handling different situations. The third session was a completely different vibe- all three people were in person, sitting in a large room far away from the camera so I could barely see their faces. It felt like an interrogation and they left only about two minutes for me to ask questions at the end. I did not even receive an automated rejection email.
