Interview
The interviewers did not switch on the camera during a virtual interview. It is important for even the candidate to see who the interviewers are. While hiring manager are not obligated to do so, Imagine a situation if a candidate does not switch the camera on, it would have been a big red flag for the company.
Another oddity during the interview, that a senior analyst was one of the panel members for interview of Manager role with sub-par communication skills. Nothing seen like this in 10 years of my career.

Process does stretch on for a month plus. I had an interview, was told I was a finalist and the recruiter reached out to confirm salary expectations and then I was ghosted. After putting in effort and multiple conversations the recruiter should still close the loop even if you aren’t selected. Doesn’t give a good impression of the company.
