Question 1
Business case was based in a real case scenario. Making mental calculation and working with big chunks of data could be stressful due to the tight schedule
I applied through university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Santander (Lisbon, Lisbon District) in Jan 2024
Interview
Blah blahs to be a little bit of a schedule to get a new job and then I will be able to get to work at 4 pm and then I can get your payment in the mail and then I can get your payment in the mail
I applied online. I interviewed at Santander (London, England)
Interview
The application was submitted several weeks ago before the HR arranged a telephone interview. This interview is a pre-screen part where they do not meet you in person, which makes it harder to articulate. The questions are more around ticking the boxes of requirements specified in the job spec. Detailed answers will confuse them as they do not know the subject / technical side of the role in a great depth. Then, they will ask about your previous salary and the expectation. If you were on higher brackets you will not pass this...so prepare your number carefully.

Question 1
Pre-screen questions involving some technical subject
I applied through other source. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Santander (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2014
Interview
Disorganized from the very beginning. I was contacted by SCUSA's internal recruiter and asked to come in for and in-person after a short chat with HR. I interviewed with the first VP and the process & questions were typical. I then interviewed with the SVP who seemed to interview me for a different job within the department. Less than a week later I was advised that the first VP had left the Company and that I would have to interview again with the new VP over the phone. This time the second VP missed 2 appointment times and was late for the 3rd phone appointment which lasted no more than 15 mins. I was asked to be patient but it took them a full week to get back to me with a decline email after I noticed that the job had been re-posted online. There were other details of the interview that concerned me (please see interview question), but I wanted to keep the review factual.
