I had one HR screen and one Hiring Manager interview. I thought it was a thorough and fair interview that focused on my previous relevant experience. The hiring manager asked several questions about my responsibilities in my last role that was my most relevant position for the role I applied for. I heard back from them within just a few days and the whole process took one month, if that. They did reach out to references for confirmation (via email as opposed to by phone)) but at that point, they had already given me an offer.
