Interview
Unlike other companies there weren't too many stages, after the video interview it went straight to the AC. The ac had an interview which is pretty standard and no questions which were overly difficult + very easy presentation task

very standard interview competency + motivational questions, nothing too surprising. the presentation task at the AC was also pretty straightforward - had to review information on AI and using it present how the bank should deal with it
Primera llamada para conocerte un poco. Segunda entrevista de 1 hora más o menos preguntas sobre cómo te desenvuelves ( por ejemplo, dime una situación donde “x”). Luego dinámica grupal con 3 actividades.

Due colloqui con hr e uno con tecnico manager, nel complesso una bella esperienza dove si sono concentrati più sul fit culturale che sulle capacità tecniche. Il programma al quale ho applicato era wealth management and insurance, non ho ricevuto l’offerta in quanto altri candidati si adattavano meglio alla posizione.

Interview
Primero tuve una llamada telefónica, luego unos test de capacidades y finalmente estuve haciendo entrevistas por una agencia que duraron 1 mes, luego ya me concertaron una final con el manager del equipo.
