1. HR interview which lasted for 1hr with some interesting questions. The HR representative seemed interested about interviewing me. I thought i had chances to join the position. 2. Interview with the CISO Spain. He does not seem interested into interviewing me, pretty disconnected, only 3 questions: a. Why would I say im the right person for the job?. b. Why joining Banco Santander?. c. What was the incident more relevant i have participated?. Interview initially set for 1hr which only lasted for 30 minutes. Without any surprise for anybody, i was informed they chose an internal candidate. How can somebody compete with an internal candidate even though is more prepared?. This is totally unfair, please avoid applying for any open position, you won't be chosen.
