The resume and Cover letter should match the requirements of the job description. Altogether 3 to 4 people on the interview board including the hiring manager and HR. Mostly situational and competency-based questions.

The manager and HR interviewed me and then hired me. It was a successful interview, I had a little bit stress during the interview but the manager was very helpful to reduce the stress level. My overall experience is very positive.
