Interview process is pretty straightforward with a few caveats. First is to get to know you, second is STAR which is a presumptive technique that unfortunately bottles you in to expecting you to have had difficult bosses, clients, etc...while common, that is not always the case. Expect three interviews which should only take two. The process is akin to if you were being hired in at a $90K job....for a position making barely half of that. It should be streamlined.
