Initial communication was clear, and the interviews were scheduled quickly. Interviewers (Seb and Alex) were friendly and engaging.
Misleading process – After two positive interviews and receiving strong signals from the team, I was told that my lack of experience with a specific CRM platform (Braze) was the reason for rejection. If the platform-specific experience was essential why proceed with multiple interviews?
Wasted time – I invested significant time and effort preparing for and attending the interviews, Only to be rejected for a reason that could have been identified from my CV. This reflects poor internal alignment and a lack of respect for candidates’ time.
Poor feedback – The feedback was vague and didn’t acknowledge my broader CRM expertise or my adaptability with different platforms. It felt like a generic excuse rather than a genuine assessment of my experience and potential fit.
Lack of professionalism – After the second interview, I was told I would be informed about the next steps shortly. Instead I heard nothing for days which forced me to follow up myself. Poor communication at this stage reflects badly on how the company values potential talent.
