The process was informal but quick and to the point which I can appreciate. The overall experience could be improved with a more formatted setup. I think it was rushed due to the busy nature of the company but I was glad to meet the team.

Interview
During the first interview the selection process was described. However this was changed during the process without informing the candidate. Interviewers were responding questions of the candidate quite superficially. Contradicting information about role and company working habits were provided by interviewers.
