Was professional, direct and relevant questions. Communication was tested mainly and also had a aptitude test to complete. The HR interview is followed by business interview and then the decision is quickly communicated to the candidate

There were 3 rounds. A senior mature person did the assessment round.
Was asked lot of questions. Mostly generic. I was explained about the expectations with respect to shifts and the role.
