The process started with the skype interview then they were invited to me at Seagate. Made a presentation for 15 minutes. The presentation about your last experience or current job projects related to the job requirements.
Just some behavior questions, but more then ten questions, they are very kind, good feeling, I am expecting the second interview, but they give me the offer directly. I need to wait till the spring time to come.

Got an Skype interview, It was ok and not hard. Two senior engineers introduced themselves and told me they ask 3 fixed questions from everyone and then might go into more details in the middle depending on the conversation (which they did). took about half an hour. Then I invited for the 2nd in-person interview after about a week.
