Interview Experience – 1 Star
Interviewed at Sealed Network Jakarta: video call → 2-hour case study → 1-hour in-person interview with the Country Manager & Team Lead (each lasted ~30 mins).
The Country Manager repeatedly dismissed my previous roles in Australia with a casual “Whatever It Is”, as if professional international experience didn’t count. Questions felt designed to make me feel small rather than assess fit — as if I didn’t understand the industry. Keep in mind, this isn’t even a Big 4 company.
The team itself is led by young professionals in their 20s who seem very confident in their own “expertise,” but, ironically, the Team Lead’s English was… challenging. She laughed at my questions, gave contradictory yes/no answers, and acted as though she were fluent, while clearly struggling to understand my English. If full English fluency is a requirement, perhaps start by hiring people in your own team who can actually converse — quite embarrassing otherwise :)
All that for 1 video interview, a 2-hour case study, 1-hour in-person interview, plus 2 more rounds with the Singapore team — 5 rounds total — for a non-Big 4 company — then a generic rejection email. A lot of effort for very little return!

Very simple and straight forward. It gives the impression that they are desperate for hires so every question is your typical surface easy level. No creative questions, which is good since it is not difficult.
