Interview
Got call from consultant and scheduled face two face. Interview started with first round where the VP of the company asked few design questions. Then the CEO and PM and the TECH lead. I really liked the environment. After finishing the interview process . I got call from consultant that I have been selected and asked my salary details and expectations. I never got a single response from the company guys later. But the way consultant told me I actually put down the paper and was involved in a big trouble.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Searchlight Health (Bengaluru)
Interview
Interview was to check analytical ability and it was about half a day process. Total it was 3 round.
Round 1: It was design related problem but interviewer was totally unexperianced. I kept asking my doubt for about 1 hour but interviewer was so confused to clear my doubts.
Round 2: It was Algo and Java related question with CTO of company. I answered almost all of them.
Round 3: Third round was with CEO of the company. He asked 2 probability related question and I answered 1 of them. When I asked about work and what is his plan of future work, he was confused to answer.
Overall I can say this company was not clear what they wanted to hire and they could not answer their vision etc. Specially in tech team only few people work without any process. After asking some question I got to know that they plan their product vision on short term basis and it keeps on changing. This company doing analysis on medical data and they need tech employee for their short term goal.
Worst part they did not inform any kind of feedback after interview.
