Put in an application on site, scheduled an interview for a few days from then. Brief interview, quick roleplay, discussion of schedules and compensation. One of the floor managers was involved, as well as a recruiter. Can't say much more than that.

Very easy and so straight forward with a level of desperation that only a sears employee would be able to understand. Questions were asked and answered. Interview process was so very full of questions and answers

The interview was for only 30 minutes. The process was very quickly. I was extended an offer but I declined the offer. The customer service position was for a part time.

The interview process was in a mall and it was a group interview, mainly just asked previous experience and wanted to know work availability/transport. They did not seem super harsh
