I applied through university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Sears in Nov 2013
Interview
Basic behavioral and then a scenario based interview where the interviewee calls on you to be understanding of retail markets and be able to do quick math. All those interviewing were very nice, but don't let that make you drop too far from being professional. They are looking for solid employees.
