      Interview

I applied for this position online about 10 days before I got the email for scheduling for a phone interview. The process is fast. And during my phone interview, my interviewer is very nice, and always elaborate on the questions that I need more info about. The phone interview is very straightforward, about base and situation questions. it lasts about 45 minutes. She told me to come in for an in-person interview next week, there will be 2-3 supervisors.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Seattle Children's in Jun 2018

      Interview

I received an email to set up a phone interview with the hiring manager. After about a 30 minute phone interview, I was invited to come for an in person panel interview. It was the hiring manager and another supervisor. The questions were basic behavioral questions. The only turn off is that they are writing your responses down on a worksheet so it’s awkward to engage with the interviewer as they furiously write. They told me right at the interview they wanted to move forward. HR contacted me to provide references via a link. Less than a week later, the hiring manager called to offer me the job. Overall, very smooth and seamless.
