I had a phone screening with a recruiter and then a Zoom interview with the hiring manager. The next step would be an interview with the entire team, according to the manager. Whole process took 2 weeks. The hiring manager was quite nice and approachable. However, midway through the interview she stated they were looking for a social worker. No where in the job description does it say you need a BSW or MSW. That was quite disappointing to hear after putting in so much effort. It became evident that while the job posting says they only require a bachelors in "social sciences" they were looking for a master's level applicant.
