Similar story as below. The founder reached out to me to schedule an initial interview after seeing my profile on a job platform. After rescheduling the interview 5minutes before for the following day with no note we did then speak. During the interview there was no structure and he seemed uninterested when I spoke, even yawning during. He said I had passed the interview and would arrange for the technical round and then ghosted me. Shows a complete lack of respect for my time and certainly not someone I would want to work for.
