Originally they contacted me via email, with simple but very specific directions on moving through the interview process. Next they followed up with a text and then a phone interview in order to properly qualify me as a potential candidate, they discussed my geographic location, transportation reliability, whether or not I had a black suit, my guard card status and my experience. I was then asked to come into their offices in Burlingame for a formal interview.
