An external Agency reached out to me and 3 levels of the Interview process. But the Interview level was okay. Technical round - Good Manager Round - Good Hiring Round - Good
Consisting of 3 levels including questions on technical and company values. Need to be aware of company values and prioritize working experiences in the past. Smooth and friendly interviewers. That is all.
The interview process was not very difficult. They mostly asked about the past projects and technologies used. Also asked about the most challenging projects completed and how did you resolve the challenges.
