I participated in two initial calls—first with HR and then with a senior employee—before delivering a case presentation as the penultimate step in the interview process. The final step would have been a final interview.
Unfortunately, the process demonstrated a lack of respect for applicants. Sellpy involved a large group of candidates who invested significant time in preparing and presenting their cases, without acknowledging the sacrifices applicants had to make. Despite receiving only positive feedback, I was ultimately denied the position due to another candidate having a more fitting background (then why let me sacrifice all this time to a case?). This outcome could have been avoided with better scheduling of case presentations and greater transparency throughout the process.
