Interview
The interview is back in 2021. This company does not appear to hire and conduct fake interviews. It appeared like they keep on interviewing by bringing in new people to discuss technology issues, but never come to an end. I have cleared over 7 or so interviews/talking sessions with a new person every time.. no structured interview process...and they still say they will conduct more talking sessions. I finally said , no more interviews, please! and saved my time.

Standard consulting interview, HR screen followed by interview with partners. Questions included a case study for a public policy problem, was not hard to prepare for based on other programs I found online.

How would you approach a case involving a new technical signup solution for an alcohol review board.
Process was enjoyable. Sense Corp provided avenues for getting to know current employees, while also evaluating your cultural fit. Recruiter was very accessible and quick to answer questions. People met were kind and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me.
