Well, the interview process seemed like a training for their employees, not for the candidates. This position is always open and the job requirements are… Actually, no job requirements. I have a feeling that the JD was written by AI. They will ask you to run some tests using the app, developed by Cypress and is open source. But it would be an old version of Cypress and old version of Node.js. Try it if you want to practice the job interview.
