I interviewed at Sertec Group (Coleshill, South East England, England) in Sept 2024
Interview
Starts with greating and a power point on the company and how it has grown over time as well as their achievements, asks about your knowleage of the company. then lead to my experience and how it realts to the job position. Once they know that they asked about how that is applicable to the job and other realated things like health and safety
friendly staff, straightforward process. There were 5 Comprehensive assessments including maths and a group exercise involving creating a bridge with resources given. A tour of the plant was also given.
