Interview process is very quick, however they do not tell you the truth, they lure you into believing you are doing something great but really all you do is door-to-door selling to customers. The programme they are saying , management trainee sounds great but not until you find out you're something completely different than being a marketing assistant.

This interview was an absolute waste of time.
For those who don't know it. It is a door to door sales job ! Don't be fooled by their job description it doesn't reflect at ALL the tasks that you will be doing.

Interview
I had a very positive interview process with one of the managers.
I was able to have an interview with the owner of the organisation who explained the opportunity in depth. There were three interviews after which I understood that they were looking for highly qualified candidates and not just anyone who saw a posting online.
