I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Shaldor in Feb 2026
Interview
The process included multiple stages, starting with a written analytical assessment followed by several in person interviews and thinking exercises.
Overall, the process was professional, challenging, and very well structured. I especially appreciated the quality of the conversations throughout the process and felt it gave a good sense of the people and the company culture.

Question 1
In the in person inerview- "lets say on meatless monday, 30% of the popoulation in Israel CHANGED their meat eating habits. How many animals would be saved in a year? Fish was excluded". They did ask before the question weather I eat meat or am I a vegeterian.
The first stage is a test in the company site. Similar to the example you see in their website. The case was about a company need to decide between 3 strategic options, you need to decide which one is the best and recommend. Its a written test, there many data like 10 pages of graphs articles etc. You cant use highlighters in the test. You will have 1 45 hours for the test.
