The interview process was clear and the interviewer came across as friendly and professional. However, the lack of follow up afterwards was disappointing. I was not contacted with a decision, no rejection, no updates, just silence. In today’s job market, this kind of response feels especially discouraging and unfair to candidates who invest their time and effort.
