Shell followed a 3 stage process over two separate days and 2 different locatons: 1) General HR Assessment 2) Specific HR Functional Area Interview 3) Position Interview by Line Management, including presentation and additional assessment First day in Rijswijk (NL) executed by HR, followed by an Interview and Assessment in London, UK.
